Obviously your not gonna put regular into a highly modified car but if you have a car thats stock that requires 93 you can put in regular without hurting your motor. Like the article says the less the octane the more the knock. Most of us know if you put lower octane fuel then the car requires then the ecu is just gonna retard timing and you will be fine with regular fuel.
agreed 100% especialy on a N/A motor and stock boosted vehicles.
