I'm not arguing of whether or not his speedo is accurate or not, because I'm sure it is accurate. But what I'm going to argue is that he has no proof that I was n fact speeding. Just because he says his speedo read 65 won't hold up in court. He could just as easily say i was doing 70, or 90. It's his word against mine. His "wrod" won't hold up as evidence of me speeding. I don't have to prove my innocence here, there is no way for them to prove me guilty! The case is already mine.
