ok so i was going down austell road trying to make it to the hospital cause my bros 1st baby was about to be born ne ways right there infront of butler tires sits a cop with a radar gun well needless to say i got busted the cop never gave me an opportunity to speak but the ticket was for 50-56 in a school zone. now for the help i need has neone ever gotten the same or no the penalty for it i go to court the 9th of oct

I got a ticket for 36 in 25 school zone. Had to pay $250ish for that one. Lucky for me it was a no point ticket.

Go to court and explain, still though 50-56 is a bit excessive in a school zone..

If this is your first speeding ticket, and if you're under 21 there is a high chance the ticket will be dropped, and you will just take some class like Def. Driving school or some **** like that. My 31 over ticket was dropped 2 months ago.

Why would/should that matter? The cop/judge isn't going to care about a family member's baby being born. I don't think they should care. That's no excuse to be driving that recklessly. It wasn't a dire, personal emergency that was life or death for him. Later, QD.

Julio, this dude was doing about 30 miles per hour over the limit. School zone speed limit right there is 25mph. He was going 50-56mph.

sometimes if you go to court they will give you more time to pay the fine.

ok no working speedo didnt know how fast so i was going with the flow and i got busted nothing really i can do now but take the ticket and i think the cop was tryin to **** me cause he has 2 speeds down and another cop i talked to said something is weird about that so i mean its w.e not my first run in with the police been ****ed by them before oh wells but thanks for the advice guys ill let yall know how it goes after court on the 9th but worse comes to worse who wants to drive me for a while lol jk i got a driver if **** hits the fan so im prepared

what happened, is he lasered you at 56, but to keep you from getting a reckless driving charge he changed the speed to 50. it happens all the time. he may have written it weird, but thats most likely what he did. my sister got a ticket and in the box where they write the speed that they caught you at, he put 10, but in the details section where they can add notes and other extra info, he put "actual speed: 17 over".
