Yeah in customer service not actual phone service there is a difference other than if they have crappy phone service that might explain for the high numbers in Customer service

Plus the horror stories are from actual people I know and have seen the bills and constant issues they have. Plus I've been happy w/ AT&T/Cingular for over 8 years now
