Even though I dont see you guys anymore or really talk, you guys have always been warm to me and I hate to see a bad thing happen to a good person. Brett I am so sorry this has happened! She has to pull through she is the strongest woman I have met! I am at a total loss of what to say.
Haven't seen you guys in years it seems. For a sec at a Varsity meet a while back, a little bit at Buffalos, and then the Batlground BBQ. Always super nice in person. Hope she'll pull through it and be back to normal. I had a cousin that had a blood clot and had the same thing happen, after a year of rehabilitation he is starting college of all things. People can overcome crazy stuff.

UPDATE #2:
CT scan results are back. Neurologist says that she hasn't had any changes from previous scan.....which is actually GOOD news!Although she is still in a coma, her brain is not bleeding any more and pressure has been stabilized for now. She is on a ventilator eventhough she can technically breathe on her own. DR's are using the ventilator to keep Leisa from laboring and allowing her to be as stress free as possible.
Arrangements have been made to get Brittnee picked up, so Brett will be at the Hospital all day now. It would be nice if the first people going up there take Brett something to eat. He's not eaten all day.
I'll keep yall updated.

Brett, Jaime called me earlier and I am in complete shock and devestation. She is in my prayers and my family's and friend's as well! I will be there tonight for moral support and I am so sorry. I love Leisa so much I don't know what to do!!!She will pull through this.. she is so strong... talk to her and tell her all the good memories, make her want more... she'll come through... If you need me to stay with the kids or do anything, you know I will and please don't hesitate to ask... I love you both so very much!!! I just found a pic from her bday party at Outback a few years back and thought Leisa looked too cute... here ya go! Maybe bring a smile to your face!

Keep us updated man, I am updating my GF with every update and we are both praying for her and you. My friend had a baby with brittle bone disease and he wasnt expected to be birthed alive. He came out alive and he wasnt expected to live past 2 months, He is 12 months old now, sitting up and starting to talk. He has far surpassed everything the doctors ever hoped for him and now they say he may live a full life. Just keep the faith and tell her as much as possible how much you need her to come back.

Yousef called me this morning and told me the news and I have been in complete shock ever since I found out. I could barely concentrate at work, and all I could think about it you, Leisa, and Brittanee. I hate that something like this had to happen to such great people. It's just not fair! I told Jon Padolsky about what happened and him and his wife are praying for her too!! We want to come down there to visit tonight, so Chuck, and Jon and I might all come down once I get out of school. I just wanted to let you know that I am thinking about you. Don't lose hope man, talk to her, tell her you love her, I know she can hear you, she just can't say it back right now. You guys are definitely in my thoughts and prayers right now. Oh my god. Mike (Mr. Kidd) called me this morning telling me about this and I couldn't believe it. I was hoping it was some sick joke. Now that I'm reading this thread it is bringing tears to my eyes. I'm in disbelief. Leisa and you and your family are DEFINITELY in my thoughts and she will pull through, I just know it. I get off at 1:00 tomorrow and will be checking this thread and making calls to make sure you don't need anything. You know I will be there in a hot second if you need anything.
