id say boost, but $400 doesnt get you anywhere.

if it was me, id buy a set of used coilovers, and put the slips on it.

if you wanna move fast in a straight line, get any header/full exhaust and any intake. advance the timing, do plugs and wires, and if theres any left find some used cams.
