sure you're talking about hte right paul? He definitely installs things on cars all the time and does a damn good job. I dont think he knows his way around a motor 100%, but anyone with some tools can install exhaust mods and the like. "BOLT ONS" ya know? As long as they're willing to get their hands dirty..
