    Dude... Im not trying to be a **** man, but you sold me an ipod that doesnt work. It powers on but something is wrong with the actual connector. Let me know what you would like to do to rectify this. I know you read my PM @ 3:25 and now you're doing something else and not returning my calls.

    Try using a different cable. I bought a used iPod and it needed a new cable. Just my 2 cents

    Dont need to, I had a friend at work with the same ipod and it worked on the same machine on the same USB port with the same cable.
