The only reason all the states went up to 21 in the 1st place was because M.A.D.D. lobbied the crap outta of congress in the 80's. Then the feds made it so if a state wanted state highway money (million and millions) they had to first up the drinking age. So they all did. Dropping the age down would be ok in the long run. I think most people agree once your of age you tend to drink less.

Drop it for the military and drop it for everyones else too.
