I like miata's.

I'm gay because my daily driver has an auto tranny? Because I didn't want to deal with the headache of having a stick shift in traffic since I commute to school? Do you really think masculinity has anything to do with what kind of tranny a car is equipped with?

I really don't feel like arguing but two things I'll comment on.

1. I get headaches driving automatics cause i feel like it is telling me what to do and when I'm in serious traffic, i still wouldn't trade the 6 speed. You get used to it if you do it long enough and it becomes beyond second nature.

2. Not just on this web site but elsewhere, a true manual is referred to as a real man's gear box. It has been that way since the 60's.
