i know but i cant wait i am finishing up my 7 day body cleanser before i start everything again so it takes a better hold on my body meaning better and faster results. plus muscle has memory so ill get back up to my size i was in about a month or so then get even bigger because over the last year i have learned alot. o yeah no roids!!
