    A lot of ppl still do it. Especially if they wear boots. If not there pant leg is rolled up their leg because it won't go over the top of the boot.

    Still don't get the point of that normally I find pants to my liking so I don't have to modify crap.. and the last dress pants I bought cost way too much to cut, but they fitted them for me so it was all good...

    I sometimes cut like 1/2"-1" slit on each side, but usually wearing boots or my shox.

    i use to have a real nice set of dress clothes... but i loaned them to a friend... and then i never saw them again... they were some pretty spensive pants that we got at some jcpenny that was closing down or something..
