I was drinking a large coffee in the morning, 3-4 vaults during the day, a large coffee in the afternoon, and coca-cola and sweet tea and (whatever the imitation Red Bull we had at the bar was) all night... probably 1000 milligrams+ of caffeine every 24 hours. I worked 2 jobs for most of that time so I was able to sleep it off OK.

After I left my second job I cut back on drinking coke all night. But I still drank the coffee and vault. I quite cold turkey about 5 months ago. I had a headache for a week, straight.

I had 2 coca colas yesterday and I'm still bouncing off the walls. I can see myself having a little bit every now and then as a pick-me-up. Its better to use it rarely because it has more effect. Back when I was using a lot of caffeine I had to keep it up just to feel normal.
