no there is no justification for stealing something that is'nt of paramount importance....food water....but just like i said. whenever chaos occurs theft, greed and revenge and even murder will try to surface. i mean really what sense does itt make to steal electronics that are 9 x's outta 10 water damaged and your dumb ass dont have electricity anyway ?? none. but opprotunists(sp) are everywhere.
