    I just wanted to say 2 things:
    -I hate people as well.
    -I would've called the cavalier woman a c*nt-tard.

    You can't exactly do that when you work customer service. I'd get fired. I was thinking something like that though!

    thats what i hate about my job, i always have something to say... so i say it anyway. a customer told me "the only problem i have right now is that i'm not dead" i put him on mute and said aloud "you should end yourself" the people sitting around me couldnt believe it. jay told a customer she was a b!tch thinking he was on mute, and was rudely surprised when she replied "so what if i am?" i think he actually ended up hanging up on her.
