Dont take anything away from SC, vandy is just that good......they've been knock off artists the last 3 years, almost Beat UGA last year. Though anytime i get to see spurrier i cant help but smile all day

As for my real thoughts on GT/BC...Looks like the conditions are going to be very sloppy. The d-coordinator for BC has played Paul Johnon the past few years while he was at NAVY, so he knows what to expect. In order for a team to stop GT's offense, they have to be disciplined on defense and that's what BC is. They did not turn the ball over once last week nor did they commit a penalty. They have a monster defensive lineman that should give GT's OL some fits. It's going to be interesting to see how GT's spread offense works against a better, more disciplined team.

The weather will negate GT's speed and the game is @ BC, so the Eagles have a slight edge there. If GT cant get their spread offense going, they better be able to throw the ball downfield. In the first half against the Gamecocks, Vandy could not do anything. I see similiar things happening with a young GT team.

BC ran their 2nd squad against Kent in the 4th. Besides the fact its BC's defense you have to worry about, not their offense
