buddy, he was talking about from before the hurricane, they didnt know it was goin to be this bad.
They wanted to try protecting the little bit that they actually had, not knowing that New Orleans was goin to be 15 ft underwater.
They had no idea it would be "all gone" and they didnt want the little they had to be stolen.
