well. at this time they are lowering fuel standards because they need to process it more quickly....

now the whole SOR you are hearing about, Strategic Oil Reserves, it doesnt matter if bush releases 4-5million barrels....because we cant do anything with that oil.....we need refinearys.....without refinearys we cannot process that oil into the fuel that we need....

it's already been all over Rush Limbaugh's talk show....we have so few refinearys, that it's still gonna take a long time to ship the barrells and then have them refined.

Maybe it would lead to lower prices cause it would be cheaper to refine.....??

i think thats what they are shooting for..have more gas out there that they allow and so more gas = lower prices..or at least steady instead of increasing prices

    Of course I own this.

Thats some shit...There are gas stations here with 2.69 and 2.79.. You know this is pathetic.. With how many people in office worry about stupid bills every day like banning pitbulls and such why dont they worry about coming up for a plan of action if things like this happen.. its not like people cant think of this stuff happening...

you already can get 100 octane at some pumps in GA... but no, this will not be race gas we're getting. it will be lower quality than what we have now, so be sure to change your fuel filter often if they start giving us crappier gas than what we already get.
