AS A MATTER OF FACT I AM....AND I HAVE ALSO BEEN A CHILD. I HAVE A SISTER. NEITHER ONE OF US HAD A CHILD AT 17. WHY? BECAUSE OF PARENTING. I DIDN'T HAVE MY FIRST CHILD TIL I WAS 27.
