250gb's a month is extremely effecient bandwidth usage.. that's about equivalent to 120ish movies downloaded.. who does that anyways? It would be ridiculous to use that much up every month, unless you constantly uploading/downloading things, in which case, you're making everyone elses **** slower and you need to get a better service.
