Wear pants that fit and you will never have to worry about this law. Wear pants that show your ass, and you will be fined. Indecent exposure is illegal. Exposing too much of your underwear is considered indecent exposure. Get over it. People who sag like that might as well not even wear pants. The part of their body that the pants are supposed to be covering is fully exposed. The only thing the pants cover is the person's legs.

Seriously, someone needs to bring suspenders back.

This arguement could go on forever. People who sag are going to disagree with the law, people who find sagging offensive are going to agree.
