its ok bro,just ask 1 thing of u and that is next time u see some 1 with there pants saggin, turn your head look the other way and keep walking because alot of ppl only do it because of ppl like u making such a big deal out of nothing.I am bad about doing things out of spite because ppl can't mind there own business.I just thinks its funny they try to make a law on it when they let females run around half naked but want say shi* about them running around in there undergarments.Thats why i said they only target certain groups.PEace out
