it happened to me before -- hated that set of locks. the only thing that worked was to tighten down the other 4 nuts with an air socket, then i spent about a half hour f*cking with the thing until it finally came off. never went back to those damn things.

depending on how bad it is, you may have to drill out the lug nut and replace the stud.
