The Sailor Moon and Sailor Uranus (short blonde hair) cosplayers would definitely get it. The rest, however, are looking a bit...plump.

Sorry, but considering how all the Sailor Scouts are supposed to be 14yrs. old*, I'm going to have to say that this particular group of scouts does not get my approval.

* - At the beginning of the Sailor Moon story, all four of the original scouts (Mars, Mercury, Moon and Jupiter) are 14yrs. old. Venus joins soon after and is in the same age group. Uranus and Neptune don't come in until the following season when the rest of the scouts are in college. Pluto comes in around this same time and is supposedly 12yrs. old but it is never determined due to birth-rebirth time variations.

Sailor Moon, while far from being a personal favorite, is pretty much Dragonball Z with female leads and is somewhat enjoyable. I've actually gotten into quite a few discussions regarding the two series so my knowledge on both is rather substantial. Take from it what you will. lol

but yes tis true sailor moon was all the middle schoolers and as the series progressed they added older characters b/c it wasn't aimed @ the pedo crowed it was more of a scifi drama for the 5-7 grade crowd if i'm correct.

You've never seen the original, unedited Sailor Senshi have you? It was not a children's show BY FAR until it got butchered by American editing.
