I know something of this situation between the Bugman and Rockstar Motor Sports. The only thing I want to say is that this whole thing has escalated to a point that a resolution is going to be hard to come to. Some people on this post obviously have a problem with Emily and are using this thread to vent their hate. Others do not have first hand knowledge of the situation and are jumping on the bandwagon for no apparent reason other than to say something negative. I know that Rockstar MotorSports is a very new business and I am sure that Bugman had good intentions when he brought his cars to them. I think that both parties wanted it to work out......but there were problems. This happens in at lot of businesses. This thread certainly has not helped either party and in fact solidified the hard feelings between the two parties. What good is that? It only hurts the struggling new business and creates even more animosity between former friends. Maybe its time to stop this destructive direction and offer some helpful suggestions.

Ill assume your her dad, I think IMO that the thing that really hurt this was what Patrick(i believe thats his name) said to Bugman. I'm pretty sure the bad quality didn't help, but the discussion between them two is what i believe resulted in all of this. many helpful suggestions i.e. take responsibilty for your work, take care of your customer, so on... have been offered multiple times but when the finger pointing starts, you better put on your flame suit around here. i dont think anybody had anything bad to say about her personally just the quality of the work done by a company she appearantly represents. my father would beat me if i charged someone for a paint job and sent them home with that.

I agree 100% but like I said before, I think we are done doing business. I have taken 4 cars to Maaco since then and have no stress dealing with them. I took 2 cars to them and look what I am in the middle of now. Maaco painted 4 and have 12 more in line and do me just fine. I probably should have stuck with them in the first place but apparently I am a no reading dumbazz and didn't know any better.

Who is the actual owner of this shop?

She keeps saying take it up with the painter, is this a partnership or is only one of them the actual owner. If your painter is not a partner in the business, then he should have absolutely no say in the matter. His job is to prep and paint, not argue with customers.

This is where I keep getting confused. I made the original deal with her and then with him and then her again and then he and I agreed on a few things and then she met me to pick up the car. Then she apologized several times and said she was going to have words with the painter and now I am told that I need to take it up with him???

I can't even tell you how confused I am. Did I miss some details? Heck yeah but in all the confusion I started getting dizzy and just quit trying to figure it out.

Again this is where I am really confused. He told me that we were through doing business, she said she would get it fixed, then I should of read the fine print, then it is my own fault and now they will repaint the blue one after I pay the discounted price of the paint for the first job that turned out disastrous. Now can anyone see why I am confused?


P.S. I refuse to read fine print on everything that I sign. I will continue to make deals on a hand shake and yes I may get burned again but it will never happen twice by the same people.

Because Yogi was harassing my friend Abby. Continuously. And I'm not just talking about annoying her on the forums. I'm talking about borderline stalking her and making her feel really uneasy, because he would insinuate that because he was near her (they both live in/near Statesboro) that it didn't matter that her boyfriend was overseas protecting our country and that they could fxck around. THAT'S why I played a hand in getting him banned. And I called him out because he was straight up lying about the condition of a car he was selling on there. That's all.

Again, I will say that I did not post my picture of Chris's car to try and say that it is a show-winning paint job, or that it's flawless. I posted it so that people would see the car as a whole, not just the zoomed in imperfections. I didn't "plan" that shot or lay it out or wait for the light... it was outside cause I had washed and dried it and I thought "oh I would take a pic before it leaves". nothing to do with "best possible angle" or "best possible light".

Chris this sounds just like another business we know of huh?...For everyone here that doesn't know Chris I met him over 4 years ago and he is and his family are stand and give you shirt off their backs...matter of fact I think I remember Chris selling/trading on a car one time and the trans busted on the way home and from my memory Chris had him towed back to his house and gave him a new trans and installed it for him. Thats exactly excellent business.

Whats good about that, is that I got a full tank of gas from chris in a suburban i picked up. He had everything ready for me to drive incase it got dark, we saw rain, etc etc.

Stay_up's grammar/spelling sucks ass. At least he can admit it. Can you admit the fact that you fucked up?

Take a look at some of the work Stay_up does, its PROFESSIONAL. So go ahead and rag on his grammar. At the end of the day, he brings home more money and happy customers than you can.
