Did you or did you not tell me that you were going to color match it with the huge sample that you peeled off the side of the door?
I did, and I told Patrick to. Again, if you want to take things up with Patrick, feel free to contact him

Did you or did you not tell Miles (Kreep) that they were a very close match when he came and picked up the hoods? I didn't directly "tell" it to him. I made a comment when we were inside the shop that the difference in the two colors was much less drastic than when it was outside. I also commented when we got outside that it was ONLY inside/in reduced that they looked close-ish, and that maybe that's why the paint shop owner and Patrick thought they were close, because they were inside and working with a 1"x1" swatch

We did inspect the car and that's when you apologized repeatedly for it being so crappy. Remember? You said that you really needed to have a talk with Patrick because the quality was not what he promised. That was also the 2nd trip which was after the invoice was signed. Remember that? Why because you told me that it was a receipt and I trusted you. Yeah I know, stupid me. I actually remember saying that the invoice was saying that the work was done and to keep everything legal. I didn't say much of anything when you came to pick up the car originally, because Patrick was there and you and he were talking about the spoiler. You were already there when I got there. What I did say when it was just us when you came to pick it up after we buffed it was that I would talk to Patrick to see what we needed to do to improve the paint job quality. Patrick said what we needed to do, and we either have done it or are in the process of doing it.

Ha Ha you know as well as I do that buffing ain't gonna fix that car. Good excuse but no help at all. Which car? The red car was a little shinier afterwards, but yes, there are areas that could use a respray, which is why we offered to do just that when we got our booth up.

Keyboard commando? Nah I'm fine and I don't remember threatening anyone? Hm where does the Commando part fall in at?

What were the options again? Oh I remember now... Come get my crap and we are through with your junk. Man awesome options! Thanks a ton. You should do very well in life with your fine print and so much trust. Again, if you have issues with Patrick, take them up with him. The options we offered you were to bring both of the cars back and we would touch them up for free once we got the booth done. I re-iterated that to you when you came to tow the red car because the water pump was out, which if I recall Patrick offered to fix for you so you wouldn't have to tow it back. Funny, because the way that conversation came up between me and him was when he told me the water pump was bad, I actually said "Oh that sucks.. I should call him and see if he wants me to fix it for him so he doesn't have to tow it back" which is when Pat said that he already had. The options we offered on the blue car were to either take it as is and pay a very discounted price, or to cover the materials and we would cut it down and re-spray it when we got the booth up.

Man I love how you do business. Now everyone knows just by what you said that if they don't read your fine print they will get a shaft up their azz. Totally awesome professionalism! There's nothing fine about the print. It is right there, in size 14 font, and simply worded. I didn't hit you with pages and pages of tiny writing. I intentionally worded it simply and concisely, so that there would be no confusion about it. I would think that someone who makes and spends as much money as you do would know to read before you sign. Tell me, when you sign up for a credit card, do you just go with "oh they lend me money then I pay it back", or do you read what you sign? And there is no shafting up any asses. We did a lot of work on those cars for what you paid us, and I can guarantee that had you taken it to Sprayglo or Superior or any other privately owned shop you would have been quoted more than what you paid for a lot less work.
