I will agree that negative terms are not used by other races as much as the black community. Why? I honestly cannot tell you. No one can. It has been debated over and over. I dont use them, for any race.

as to why it happens? TO ME it's simple, bc many black ppl hold on to racism since they feel like it makes them more in touch with their "roots". a lot of them also feel like they were wronged in the past (which they were) and continue to hold on to it as if they personally are owed something.
