I live over at Chastain/Busbee. Most of the nicer apartments around here are filled with KSU students or people around that age. You'll find a ton of the near-30's are actually former KSU students who just didn't move out. Ridenour is super-nice. Keegan's is a great place to drop by for a drink too. Have a friend who moved into there at the end of last semester but haven't really talked to him about how he likes it yet, but he was psyched to move in.
Other than the Two rapes that occurred last week, everything's all good!
