I know exactly how you feel. I'm in the same situation as you are at the moment. I know that outside it's fine but once she's at work you can't help but to feel weird. Awkward is right, especially around friends who might ask you where your girlfriend works. Don't get me wrong, I have strong feelings for her too, but I wouldn't take this situation too serious if I were you, at the end, It's not worth it.

Oh, and my situation has some differences, my girlfriend is a waitress. Not as bad as a dancer, but I can still relate to you and your feelings. If you really like this chick, which it sounds like you do, just suck it up and explain to her how you feel about the whole thing. If she has no other choice but to work there then I wouldn't. But if she does, I would tell her to look work else where because you know she's better than that.

As a side note, shouldn't this have been posted in the Lifestyle section? I'm sure you won't get too many immature posts there. Just sayin'
