I was with 2 kids from England last night and its just a laughing stock everywhere else in the world how many fat people we have.
There is no reason why you can't be in shape unless its a medical condition, which for 99% of people it is not.
There is a difference between "lifting" which takes lots of time and dedication to get huge muscles, and then going to the gym 2 or 3 times a week and running or doing exercises just to get toned. People would be surprised how little of effort is required to be healthy
