Yeah I have heard alot on how fast the net is on the phone and the Sprint TV, etc so all that is what I am getting it for, I wont call them really for support as long as the phone works, but yuoud think atleast when your a new customer they would send you to American Call Centers atleast till you get the phone which then your contract locks you in...LOL
