Phone Call while Driving - Hope you drop your phone and lean down to get it, then when you look back up you run into the back of a semi hauling pine trees and get an evergreen through your f*cking throat. It's a bonus if your kid in the backseat gets to witness it all.
Texting while Driving - You should get distracted with your texting then miss a turn and run into a ditch. Car bounces up, rolls, making the caved-in roof put a nice indention into your skull. Your fingers should break as well to prevent you from texting while burning in Hell, because that's just rude.
Make-up while Driving - It'd be just swell if you didn't notice that red light and rear-ended a mail truck, thus diploying your airbag and blasting that eyeliner pencil into your cranium. Then you can scream and wail in agony as the fuel lines of your vehicle ignite and light your vehicle on-fire, burning you to a slow death.

Which is probably why I didn't bother to see the others. Though the new one is supposed to be focused around a NASCAR crash that involves a car going into the crowd. Could be interesting.
