Compensation was the word I was looking for...but I did a little drinking last night on libo. My grammar and vocabulary is starting to come back to me...
And yes, that's the exact comp I was referring to. Couple months ago I would have said the allowance goes to anyone west coast (not the BAH, but the compensation). It's true...with time comes experience, and experience comes knowledge.
