Hell even look at it today , Somalia, South Africa, hell pretty much anywhere in Africa hasnt changed in the last 500 years.

No, that's taking care of your own. I can beat up my little brother, but you can't. It's JUST that simple. People are territorial by nature... I can say "women are b*tches, ALL of them" and no1 cares. But if we are at dinner MIke and I look at your wife/mom/daughter and say "f*ck you B*TCH" you'd take me out back for a little 'conversation' that'd you'd lose miserably - LOL. But at least you'd try to defend your own - and it would be an emotional response. I am not saying that it's right - I am just telling you how the people that actually GIVE a sh*t about the N-bomb think about it.
