I mean, I understand having a friend who's getting knocked on and you want it to stop...but that happens everytime...it just so happened that the wife of a Mod was friends with the kid and told him to delete it..and he did. Which in his defense that could have started an arguement @ home and that wouldn't have been good, so I understand it on his end.

But regardless it was pretty lame to delete the thread all together. The kid had it coming.
