Yes, definitely a noob failure. Not so much for content, but more for form. When I was a very nooby noob I posted a thread asking what defines a ricer, but I did it with a backstory explaining why I was asking the question as well as asking it in an intelligent manner. Now, coming in here, as a noob, and creating a thread titled "Ricers...." with the whole body of your post being "Discuss" is just asking for a severe post flaming. As a matter of fact, it's probably best that a noob not post a "Discuss" thread until they have become an established member of IA because otherwise you just end up looking like a total douche who is trying convey this "I've got huge ballz" image when in all actuality your ballz haven't come close to dropping.
