Sounds like a victim of circumstances to me. I have a lot of this kind of stuff happen to me. Not with tickets but just unlucky stuff. I just blow it off cause if you get mad about it it usually just leads to more trouble. Such as starting an intronetz war. Anyway that sucks that you got the ticket but life moves on and I guess you can just see it as a lesson learned to not even break the slightest of the million rules there are on the road.

WTF?!? "Victim of circumstance?" What kind of BS is that? There was no victim to it. And he created his own circumstance. He made an illegal maneuver plain and simple.
