to me it was a bull crap ticket because i wasnt driving fast. i was getting over with my turn signal and traffic all of a sudden stopped and i knew no one was in the lane to my right so i just got over again. i dont see whats so wrong with that? blinker on the whole time. i ws no where near cutting ANYone off...
