Serious question about IA ladies

I really don't understand what's going on with IA. Look back a couple years at some of the threads on this site, and you can see just how much more fun this website use to be. But everyone got ran off by all the assholes, and now all that's left is just the assholes. New people sign up, but no one sticks around longer than a couple months because they get sick of being flamed all the time. Now I know that I'm no saint. I'm probably responsible for running a lot of people off myself. But that sh!t really does have to change.
