there is a guy i work with that doesn't like your shop...well not just your shop, performance shops. But yea has an evo and i said somethin about ur shop an dhe was like Perfomance shops suck they are expensive as hell and take to fucking long to get shit done. but yea thought i would just let ya no, an dim bored as hell yup

Batlground isn't just any performance shop. They treat you like you've been friends with them for along time. They're not jerks and I trust them very much with my car. Also, Batlground has great prices and they tell you straight up how long the job will take and how much. When they finish the job that don't seek in extra prices and they are very honest. Also, how can you go wrong with Dan's tunning? Ok....now that I got that off my chest. LOL

well he used to work in a mazada performance shop and some other and they both were the same he said. He is a tech at Jaguar so im pretty sure he knows what he is doing and he also has a 91 awd turbo eclipse busting 10's all day long that iv seen him work on.

Yea, it obviously doesn't matter how well you treat your customers either...seems like some of them have no loyalties to the people that have treated them well...ie. staying late to get the job done early so they can have their car back ASAP, taking $ off the bill...everytime, making $0 on parts for them so they could save $$.

I can't figure out what else we need to do to make people happy. If the #'s don't do it and the service doesn't do it...what does?

This is the same ol' bullshit just another group of people. We've seen it so many times now. Ive got a short fuse, and my patience is wearing thin, I can only imagine that you and Dan are thinking the same thing I am, actually, I know you are, we've talked about this many different times now. I say we sell what we have and get out while we can. Let invest all the money we've made collectively and get into the porn business!
