You know what sucks about living in a dorm? I cant go outside and legally let my wang hang and take a piss. If could do it legally then damnit id be walking outside through my window to take a piss. Thats one of the few great things about living in the country, that and walking outside naked with a slight breeze. Those that have done it know exactly the feeling im talking about.
