3 insert steaks
4. leave for one hour
5. cook them bishes

it wont be exactly the same but you will get a decent tasting steak if you know how to cook. and by know how to cook i mean grill, if you time it right you can thaw your steaks while getting the CHARCOAL grill ready.

I baked some boneless skinless chicken breasts wrapped in bacon, with shredded cheese melted on top, and fresh garden picked green beans. Sooooo efffin good with my water, and a glass of blackberry wine <-----yeah that ish is good.

It's not good to thaw things in hot water, it partially cooks the outer sides causing it to cook uneven on the grill.

I use a propane grill with charcoal in the base. It gives it a clean smoked taste.
