i had one like that the other day... the phone was clearly dropped into a cup/glass of coke and submerged all the way. they tried to clean off the outside, but it took every bit of force i had to remove the back cover and when i finally got it off it had dried up coke syrup under the cover and all under the battery. the customer got mad because we wouldn't warranty the damn phone .
