hmmmmmm? thats a weird problem, i havent seen that b4. i suggest you call customer service(611) they probably just need to reset your picture messaging or something? there cstmer service is pretty good, verizon phones do suck a picture messaging though. GL

also try taking your battery out and putting it back in, see if it works after that. ur phone may just need to be reset.
