You have two options: try a lot of other shiz, or backup/format/reinstall. And the usual rule is when you've been compromised, always do the latter, b/c you don't know what the virus did. Now if you have to do the former, I would suggest trying to find out what the process name of the program is in the task manager and kill it from there, that's just a start but it might buy you some time before you restart, or backup/format/reinstall.
