i haven't started a diet.. or fast or anything... but i just haven't been eating much... i've skipped lunch a lot... and barely eat anything for dinner...
i have purposely stopped drinking carbonated drinks/sodas... (well i had a few this weekend) but i can go through like 3-4 mtn dews a night... which i know isn't good for me...
so i've stuck to a cup of coffee in the mornin.. (or i get killer caffeine headaches... ) and juice the rest the day...
i'm gonna start drinking more water when i can afford to buy some!! lol i refuse to drink tap... especially here... it's like pure chlorine...
