    Default rant against crx owners

PLEASE stop calling them "rex" in your posts! It has the same ammount of letters to type and I keep thinking I'm going to see pictures of an Rx7 or Rx8. It would make MUCH more sense for an Rx7 owner to call his car a rex because the name Rx-7 starts with "rx" not ends with it. Either way, I just call it the 7, because it reduces 3 letters down to 1. Calling a crx a rex saves you time by making the task of typing 3 letters the same?

    Ugh it is so annoying.

well I don't call rx7s or rx8s rex's, I just said it makes more sense than the crx to me. but yeah I call the 7s the SA FB FC or FD when I want to be specific. or say something liek "new pics of the 7" when I'm talking about mine

lol, I just posted up the same thread. Mods please lock/delete mine if you want.

I've honestly never heard an RX-7 owner call them a rex, they always just call them a 7. I think its stupid for CRX owners to call their cars Rexs when there's no W in the name, like I said in my thread, you should call them Cracks or something similar, not Rex. WRX actually makes sense to call it a Rex, RX-7 too but I've just never heard any of my friend's with them ever call their cars rexes.

lol, I havent been around them long enough, and who are you? And I stand by my statement, I've never heard anybody call them that.

Have you ever met Porter, do you remember Ed Voyles Subaru? Who was the first shop in GA to have an AWD dyno? Where was Cobb Tuning originally located? Do you remember when VF30s and VF22s were 'too laggy' for WRX guys? Can you tell me what PTFB means and what parts it's associated with? I could pull out some serious OG questions if you want to get into this.

blah blah blah, I was into subaru's before the GD came out, I live in SC, why would I care about an AWD dyno in GA, or your subie dealer, we've had an AWD dyno here since like 96. And wow, you must be a GD guy, cobb this, cobb that. who gives a rats ass, I remember messing with EJ22T's out of legacy's. back when that was THE motor to have.

Nice man. I was actually just about to call you out on even referencing Nasioc and OG in the same sentence. NASIOC is new school, I-Club was the old-school. I'm guessing you remember the split-up then?

I was into subarus before they were cool, isnt the same thing as saying "i listened to XXXX band before they got signed?"

no, RS25 is the old school. LOL, and yes I remember the split, I was never a GD fan, and I-CLUB and NASIOC are nothing but them anymore, so I avoid both. Im on legacy central and RS25
