There is a moron on here that has a BONE STOCK EF sedan that is doo doo brown with doo doo brown interior with some janky coilovers and LS mesh wheels that he says selling for $3000 is a good price even though it has dents and lord knows what else wrong with it. On this same forum there is another guy selling a bad ass EF sedan with a SOHC Vtec swap that was totally rebuilt and is turbo charged, clean as hell and dumped on some slips with a front lip for $3800.
