i normally leave 20% or more especially for the MM waiters/waitresses cause they deal with all of us IA a$$holes all night...
but ah, **** happens... i let it go until i found out it was brought up again and i politely spoke to the manager about it all... praising olivia and joe both about their services other than the incident.. the manager even thanked me for not being a jerk about it and flipping out on her... and i never asked for any sort of "free" anything..
