I hate the idea of capping the amount of bandwidth you use. Some months I've downloaded as much as 320gb worth of stuff. That doesn't include what my younger brothers are downloading, their time playing xbox live, etc. 250gb is way too low for an entire family that downloads a ton of stuff.

They make their money from the people who pay for the service and never use it. As internet video and High Definition video become more mainstream, internet providers will have to increase their limits to tolerate it.
